Hi, I’m Melissa Melnychuk, C.H.H.C., and I’m so excited you’re here! Whether you’re a dedicated parent, a coach, or an athlete yourself, I know how much time, energy, and passion goes into chasing excellence in sports..

A little about me...

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Performance Nutrition Expert, I’ve spent over 20 years helping athletes—from youth sports to university teams—optimize their nutrition for peak performance, faster recovery, and long-term success.

But it all started for me in my own athletic endeavors. 

 

My journey in competitive sports began as a fitness competitor in the Ontario Physique Association, where I honed my discipline in training and nutrition. From there, I transitioned into competitive powerlifting, where I pushed my own limits, achieving a 405lb deadlift 1RM and a 275lb squat 1RM—all fueled by strategic nutrition and recovery. But my passion for athletic performance didn’t stop there. In my late 30s, I embraced a new challenge, stepping into the world of competitive CrossFit as a Masters athlete, testing my strength, endurance, and resilience at the highest level.

Through every stage of my journey, one thing remained constant: fueling properly was the game-changer.

 

I’ve experienced firsthand how the right nutrition can unlock strength, improve recovery, and extend longevity in sport.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other athletes—from young competitors to seasoned pros—tap into their full potential through smarter fueling strategies. Beyond the credentials and experience, I’m a 42 year old, mom of four, including an elite football athlete and a rep softball player, so I know firsthand the challenges of fueling high-performing athletes. I’ve been where you are—navigating early morning practices, exhausting travel schedules, and the constant search for the best ways to help my kids succeed.
